Our designers and builders plan your project together from the first meeting, so the plan we draw is one we can build within your budget.
We plan the layout, cabinets, counters and lighting around how you actually cook and gather.

A lot of our clients love their street and the mortgage rate they locked in. The house just doesn't fit anymore. Moving would mean higher payments, and maybe still not the space or layout they want.
We help you see what's possible in the home you already own: a kitchen that works, a finished basement, a primary bath you look forward to, or an addition that gives you room to stay.
Our designers and builders sit at the same table from the first meeting, and our owners stay involved in every project.
We give you selection sheets and allowances and recommend options that fit your budget. We don't push packages.
Much of our work is in houses built between the 1920s and 1970s, plaster walls and all. We respect the original character.
Daily routines, how the crew gets in and out, keeping your pets safe. Living through a remodel should feel manageable.
We talk through what isn't working in your home, what you want and what you'd like to spend. Then we come back with layouts, materials and an estimate, at no charge.
You pick finishes and fixtures in a shared selections document while our trade partners visit and price the work.
You get a schedule before we start and regular updates from your project manager, and we finish with a walkthrough together.

Homes within about 30 minutes of our office, including Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, Edina, Minnetonka, Golden Valley, Hopkins, Plymouth, Eden Prairie, Richfield, Bloomington and St. Paul.
It depends on the scope. Most bathroom remodels take 3 to 6 weeks and most kitchens take 6 to 12 weeks from demo to completion. Additions take longer because of design, engineering and permits. You get a schedule from us before work starts.
For most kitchen, bathroom and basement projects, yes. We plan around access, daily routines and keeping pets safe. Bigger whole-home remodels can mean moving out for a while, and we will talk that through with you early.
Yes. We coordinate permits, inspections and structural engineering when it is needed, with Minneapolis and the surrounding cities.
